At Pacer Virtual Challenges, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey; if your gear or medal arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that entry fees for virtual events are non-refundable once the challenge has been started or completed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect to receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused apparel or medal in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
